Semaj is based in Chicago, but often sneaks off to Hawaii…if not physically then mentally!

A true artist dedicated to his craft, Semaj is a sucker for good lighting, early morning adventures for sunrise, and the planet and people who respect her too. His favorite shot sequence is shooting sunset, dinner by the campfire, shooting the Milky Way, taking a quick nap then waking back up to shoot sunrise for 12 straight (and mildly groggy) hours full of magic.

When he’s not shooting, he’s probably bouldering or dreaming about his travel goal to visit Iceland and his artistic goal to photograph whales.
